Trevor M Saliba

Trevor M. Saliba is the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a global private equity firm founded in 2010 and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Originally established as the investment arm of a family office, the firm has historical ties to the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors dating back to the 1890s. Under his direction, NMS Capital Group has expanded its focus to include private equity, venture capital, and structured financing. Throughout the years, M. Saliba has led NMS Capital Group in diversifying its investment portfolio across various asset classes such as business and financial services, real estate, infrastructure, consumer products, media, and technology. He and his team have collectively handled transactions exceeding $150 billion, with over $10 billion specifically in real estate transactions. Under his leadership, the firm has consistently been recognized as one of the top private equity firms in Los Angeles and one of the industry's fastest-growing companies. He also serves as Managing Director, President, and COO at NFG SA, a London-headquartered investment holding company focused on insurance and reinsurance, energy and infrastructure, and real estate. In 2018, he expanded his role by founding NMS Consulting, where he serves as Chairman. This global management consulting and strategic advisory firm, initially part of NMS Capital Group’s consulting practice, now operates with over 350 professionals across 17 offices worldwide. It focuses on management consulting, corporate advisory, strategic communications, and tax advisory. From 2012 to 2018, he was Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, an international investment bank that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment transactions, private equity, and asset management advisory services. Under his guidance, the firm achieved sales growth exceeding 5,100% and managed more than $5 billion in transactions until its sale in late 2018. Before his current roles, he served as Managing Director-Asia Pacific for Platinum Capital, Ltd., overseeing operations in Hong Kong, India, and Singapore. Before that, he was a principal advisor to a family office in Los Angeles, where he played a pivotal role in managing investments across various sectors, including construction, engineering, media, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer products. He began his career in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley in 1995. He specialized in investment banking, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and structured financings. His professional achievements have been widely recognized, earning him spots on prestigious lists and awards in multiple years. Educationally, M. Saliba is an alumnus of Columbia Business School and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance from La Salle University. He also completed the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Among his professional affiliations, Trevor M. Saliba is a former president of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, a Milken Institute Associate, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
